2. Breathing: Harness the power of breath. Inhale deeply for 4 seconds, allowing your belly to expand, and exhale slowly for 8 seconds. Merge this practice with your visualization to enhance focus.

3. Embrace Movement: As you address your audience, gently pivot your head. Look right for 3 seconds, center for 3 seconds, and then left for 3 seconds. Repeat this, and soon, you'll find friendly faces to connect with as you speak.
